Meet Harrie, a breathtakingly realistic, fully painted full-body silicone baby boy, now available as a completed art doll. This sleeping newborn has been lovingly and expertly finished in soft, mottled tones that capture the delicate beauty of the "just-born" look. His lifelike skin features depth, translucency, subtle veining, and gentle blushing for an ultra-realistic appearance.
Harrie’s hair is individually rooted using the finest dark brown Alpaca mohair, with one strand per follicle for a soft, natural flow and true-to-life scalp detail. This premium mohair gives has a silky texture and gentle realism that enhances the overall newborn aesthetic.
Harrie is cast in one seamless piece, sculpted with the head and neck attached for anatomical accuracy and realism. His neck is soft and flexible, allowing gentle head movement, though care must always be taken to support the head to avoid damaging the silicone.
Harrie's Features:
This prototype includes my own specially designed soft armatures, uniquely created for Harrie edition, from shoulder to wrist, giving improved posing and gentle repositioning. The leg armatures have been designed to be slightly firmer, helping Harrie hold that natural newborn scrunched-up position.
Harrie comes with beautifully inserted full round hand-blown Lauschaer glass blue eyes, with a blue sclera, and a realistically sculpted open mouth, complete with delicate gums and tongue detailing.
Best suited for a preemie-sized pacifier to preserve oral detail
Wears 0–1 month size baby clothing
Made from a special blend of soft, flexible Ecoflex silicone, softer than older editions but with enough firmness to maintain form.
Each Harrie baby is lovingly handmade, and as such, may feature minor imperfections that reflect the artistry and uniqueness of each piece.
