Custom Silicone Dolls

By purchasing a custom silicone doll from Thistleberry Babies, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to protect the integrity of the artwork and ensure clarity for both artist and collector.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

​

• You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• After 48 hours, the production process begins and your order becomes final and non-refundable.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email within this timeframe.

2. Handmade & Artistic Nature

• All Thistleberry Babies dolls are individually handmade, poured, painted, and rooted by hand.

• As with all artisanal silicone work, minor imperfections such as small seams, pigment variations, or surface texture inconsistencies may occur. These are not considered flaws but evidence of the handcrafted process.

• No two dolls will be exactly alike, ensuring each baby is truly one-of-a-kind.

3. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the custom, personalized, and intimate nature of silicone dolls, all sales are final after the 48-hour cancellation window.

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once production has commenced.

• Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully prior to ordering.

4. Limited Warranty Disclaimer

• Thistleberry Babies offers a limited 30-day warranty against major structural defects (e.g., unprovoked tearing at seams or detachment of limbs) under normal handling conditions.

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Rough handling, overstretching, or neglect

  • Use of non-recommended products (e.g., powders, adhesives)

  • Improper cleaning or storage

  • Modifications or alterations by third parties

• To submit a warranty concern, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence and a detailed description.

• Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and may result in repair, partial refund, or store credit, at our discretion.

5. Age Restriction – Not a Toy

• Thistleberry Babies silicone dolls are collectible art pieces and are not suitable for children under 18 years of age.

• These dolls are not toys and are intended for display or adult handling only.

• Thistleberry Babies is not responsible for damage resulting from use by or around minors.

6. Care & Handling

• A detailed care sheet will be provided with your doll. You must follow all recommended guidelines to maintain the integrity of your silicone baby.

• Mishandling may void your warranty and compromise the longevity of your doll.

7. Intellectual Property

• All sculpts, designs, and artistic content remain the intellectual property of Thistleberry Babies and may not be reproduced, cast, or copied in any form.

• Purchase of a doll does not grant any rights to reproduce or profit from the likeness, design, or sculpt.
